Someone 18+ has to be at your property during the engineer time slot, in case the engineer needs access. (They might not.)
Your broadband router and other equipment will be sent to you via DPD. You'll get tracking info from your dashboard when your package is on its way.
A Cuckoo engineer appointment could have a charge of £60, and if you miss the appointment you could be charged £80.
If nobody can be home during your appointment time, please let us know at least 48 hours before your time slot. We'll get you a new time with the supplier. This can take 2-3 weeks! Broadband engineers are in high demand.
