How do I update my One Utility Bill payment details?

Head to your customer dashboard to manage your account.

To add or amend your payment details, please select the ‘payments’ option on your dashboard. 

Here, you can view all previous and upcoming payments.

Your first payment will usually be set up to be taken within the first two weeks of your tenancy start date. If you wish to amend your payment date in future, please contact us.

To amend a payment method, select the ‘update card’ option.

Please be aware, any missed payments will retry automatically if you have made any changes to your payment method. You can also process missed payments yourself through your online dashboard by clicking here.
