What happens if I missed a One Utility Bill payment?

Make sure your payment details are correct, add money to the account ASAP or get in touch if you need support.

If you miss a payment we'll try to take it from your account again until the payment goes through. If this doesn't work Customer Support will get in touch to collect the payment.

You can head to your One Utility Bill dashboard to make a payment or update payment details if you need to.

There's a £25 charge for late payment which you'll need to pay if we aren't able to collect your payment.
