How do I upload a picture of my sales completion?

This will help make sure you don't get bills from suppliers in error. Suppliers often ask the One Utility Bill team for your sales completion as proof we're dealing with bills on your behalf.

If you're a tenant, not an owner, you'll need to upload a pic of your tenancy agreement.

  • Head to the required documents section of your customer dashboard.
  • Upload your picture.
