Why is my smart meter being exchanged for a different smart meter?
Usually because the smart meter you have right now is an older model which isn't as effective.
We're only exchanging S1 & K1 smart meters, which are older models. They'll be exchanged for an S2 model, which is the most up-to-date technology, which are more effective for remote management and monitoring.
