One Utility Bill will take responsibility for the bills on the day your tenancy starts. You might find letters from suppliers for dates before that - you should still send them to us so we can sort them out.
All contact from your utility suppliers will come to use from your tenancy start date.
If you find any letters from suppliers, take photos of them and add them to your customer dashboard, we'll deal with it for you.
We'll switch you to the correct suppliers for:
- Energy (Electric and electricity)
- Broadband (if applicable)
- TV services (if applicable)
- You can see your TV license details on your customer dashboard
- Water: You don't get a choice of supplier for this service, but we'll let them know there's a new tenant and that we'll be dealing with the bills.
