One Utility Bill takes responsibility for the bills on the day your tenancy starts, or your completion date.
All contact from your utility suppliers should come to us from your tenancy start date.
If any letters or bills dated after we've taken over the bills, take photos of them and add them to your customer dashboard and the team will take care of them for you.
We'll switch you to the correct suppliers for:
- Energy (Gas and electricity)
- Broadband (if applicable)
- TV services (if applicable)
- You can see your TV license details on your customer dashboard
- Water: You don't get a choice of supplier for this service, but we'll let them know there's a new tenant and that we'll be dealing with the bills.
