What is a letter of authority (LOA)?

It's a document that lets us speak to suppliers on your behalf. It'll take you a minute or two to sign it via email after you sign up.

Check your inbox for an email from Hello Sign.It'll be sent to the email address attached to your account. 

In that email there's a prewritten letter for you to sign (electronically!) that gives us the authority to handle the bills in your name.
