If your supplier makes a change to the cost of your chosen services, you'll usually see it reflected in your monthly payment. You'll always get notice from us 30 days before any changes to your account.
Why might a supplier change the cost of services?
If a supplier changes the cost of a service, it's often because of inflation and the cost of providing those services.
You'll get notice 30 days before these changes affect your monthly payment, and will be able to see the price updates on your customer dashboard once they come into effect.
I think my service price has changed but my monthly payment has stayed the same
You may see in the news that a supplier has changed their prices, but sometimes this happens too late for us to provide the 30 days notice you get as part of your service.
In this instance, we absorb the cost until we can provide the full notice period and update your account. Once the notice period has passed, the new price will appear in your customer dashboard and your next payment will be updated.
e.g. In April 2025 we covered three months of TV Licence and water-rate increases for customers with those services in their package.
