Someone aged 18 or over has to be in during the agreed time slot, in case the engineer needs access to the property. (They might not.)
You'll only need a Virgin Media engineer if your address isn't already wired for Virgin Media, or if there's damage to the socket.
The engineer will bring everything with them, so you don't need to worry about any deliveries separate from your appointment.
If the time slot you get for your engineer appointment doesn't work for you, please let us know with at least 48 hours notice and we'll arrange a new one for you. This can take 2-3 weeks - engineers are high in demand.
