Someone aged 18+ has to be in during the engineer appointment, in case the engineer needs access to the property. (They might not.)
Please make sure the time for your appointment works for you - a missed Sky Engineer appointment will result in a £120 charge!
Let us know if you need a new appointment at least 48 hours before your time slot. FYI: Your new appointment could be 2-3 weeks away, meaning a delay to your broadband and/or TV set up.
Sky Broadband
You'll get your Sky Broadband router sent to your address by DPD, and you'll get tracking info as soon as it's on its way.
Sky TV
You'll always need an engineer appointment for Sky TV services. They'll bring all the equipment with them, so nothing will be sent to you ahead of time.
