If you have a prepayment meter, please check you have credit available, first of all.
Otherwise, get in touch with us ASAP. We'll look into any power cuts or meter problems that could be to blame.
If there is a problem with your electricity supply, we'll arrange an emergency engineer appt, which will get an engineer to you ASAP.
