I'm moving out, but my housemates are staying. What do we do with our One Utility Bill package?

There are a few ways to sort this out, depending on the circumstances.

  • Send us evidence of your tenancy end date, so we can remove you from the package, and make sure you're not liable for any bills after that date.
  • If a new tenant is replacing you, we need their details ASAP so we can add them onto the package and make sure they're liable for the bills while they're there.
  • If nobody is replacing you, we need confirmation from the other tenants that they're happy to take over the bills for the house without you. This will need to be in writing.
  • Depending on the type of energy deal you have included in your property, you'll hear from us after your part of the package is closed down about any refunds you might be owed, or any additional payments you need to make.
