I'm confused about a price change email I've received

Every three months the government's energy regulator, Ofgem, updates the price of the Standard Variable Tariff, which changes prices for One Utility Bill customers on a variable tariff

Energy prices for all customers on variable tariffs, regardless of their supplier, change with the energy price cap.

You'll always get 30 day's notice from One Utility Bill if your pricing will change.
