Update your payment details on your One Utility Bill dashboard.
You'll need to update your payment details if:
- You pay by card and get a new debit or credit card
- You want to change the account we take a direct debit from
- You want to change from one payment method to another.
You can update payment details on your customer dashboard. We recommend paying by direct debit so a lost or expired card doesn't put you in arrears.
