If your monthly payment changes for any reason, you'll get an update from us, and will be able to see them on your customer dashboard when our system is updated.

Sometimes unprecedented circumstances (like the energy crisis) can change prices, or if you're on a variable tariff, your bills will change along with the energy price cap. You'll always hear from us if this is going to happen.
