If you've used less than your total energy allowance during your capped energy contract, you'll get a refund of the difference.
Your final energy account balance is based on all of the bills from your energy suppliers throughout your contract. This can take 8-12 weeks, but sometimes takes longer if the supplier doesn't send us bills, or if we need to dispute a bill for you.
Basically if you've paid us more than we paid to suppliers on your behalf, you get a refund of the difference.
Unlimited Energy customers don't have energy usage limits, so don't get extra charges or refunds, because there are no limits to go over or under.
