Do I need to do anything when I move in?

Please add your meter readings to your One Utility Bill dashboard so we pay your energy supplier the right amount, We need this even if you have Unlimited Energy.

  1. Add your energy meter readings to your One Utility Bill customer dashboard
    1. If you have gas and electricity supplies you'll need to add readings for both.
    2. Here's a guide on how to read your energy meters to help you get started.
  2. Send us water meter readings (if you have a water meter at the same link.
  3. Check for any damage to your broadband sockets and let us know if there's any damage.
    1. This helps us prevent any unnecessary broadband delays.

If you set up with us more than two weeks before your move-in day, you shouldn't need to do anything else! If you signed up last minute, the One Utility Bill team could still be doing some behind-the-scenes admin, so might need some info from you.
