It depends how many people live at your address.
If you're the only tenant in your property, or the only person listed on your package, your One Utility Bill account will be closed and we can set up a new one for the new tenant.
If you live with multiple housemates and they're all on your One Utility Bill package, we can add new tenants to the account if only one of you is moving out. Get in touch!
