What does the blue status icon mean in the Notify portal?
A blue icon indicates that your tenant has either created a quote or taken up a bill bundle package with One Utility Bill.
Here is what happens next depending on your tenant's status:
- If the sign-up is not completed before move-in: We will send move-in informs via Notify the day before the tenancy start date and change the icon to green.
- If the icon remains blue after move-in: The tenant has completed their sign-up. We have informed the energy and utility suppliers directly as part of their One Utility Bill package setup.
