What do the different colour icons mean in the portal?

The Notify portal icons use a traffic light system to show the status of notifications to suppliers.

In your dashboards on the 'properties' tab you will see a section for icons that will let you know the status of the notification of suppliers 

Here is what each colour means: 

🔴 Red: Provider not found

• We’ll contact you for additional information, e.g. a photograph of the meter or the meter’s serial number. 

🟠 Amber: Minor issues with notification

• Our team is working on resolving the issue; no action required from you.
• The icon usually changes to green within a few hours.

🟢 Green: Notification is complete

🔵 Blue: Notification not sent

• The supplier hasn't been notified because your tenant has either:
  • Created a One Utility Bill quote
  • Signed up for a One Utility Bill package
