When will the One Utility Bill team call my tenants?

Your tenants will get a welcome call from us near their tenancy start date, and we don’t call more than three times.

The call is there to help your tenants with their bills so they have one less thing to worry about. On the call, we’ll let your tenants know:

  • Who their current suppliers are at the property
  • Their options for switching suppliers
  • The option to sign up for a One Utility Bill package with Unlimited Renewable Energy
