What should I do if a move-out / move-in date changes?

If a move-out or move-in date changes, you can easily update it on your portal.

  1. Go to the Properties tab
  2. Click on the tenancy address you want to update
  3. Click the edit button next to the dates
  4. Make your changes

You're all set!


Once you've updated the information, an automatic email is sent to the suppliers so they can update their records and generate a new bill if needed.
