Here’s everything you need to send us for a move-out:
- Property address
- Let-only or managed
- A new build or not
- If yes, please provide a photo of the energy meter or its serial number.
- Services to notify
- Energy is mandatory, water and council are optional.
- Date the property will be empty
- Meter readings (optional; you can add these later)
- Details for void period responsibility
This is easy to add - just go to the Properties tab in your Notify portal and click “Submit a move out”.
If you need to add meter readings later, just find the address you submitted in the Properties tab and upload them when you're ready!
