What information do I need to submit for a move-out?

Here’s everything you need to send us for a move-out: 

• Property address
• Let-only or managed
• A new build or not
  • If yes, please provide a photo of the energy meter or its serial number.
• Services to notify
  • Energy is mandatory, water and council are optional.
• Date the property will be empty
• Meter readings (optional; you can add these later)
• Details for void period responsibility
  • To have void period bills sent to your office instead of your landlord's address, follow below: 
    • First name: Landlords full name 
    • Second name: "C/O" and then office name 
    • Address details: Office full address 

This is easy to add - just go to the Properties tab in your Notify portal and click “Submit a move out”. 

If you need to add meter readings later, just find the address you submitted in the Properties tab and upload them when you're ready!
