What information do I need to submit for a move-in?

Here’s what we need from you for a move-in: 

  • Property address
  • Lead tenant details 
  • Tenancy start date
  • Number of tenants
  • Meter readings (optional; you can add these later)
  • Services to notify
    • Energy is required, water and council are optional.
  • Answers to council-specific questions (skip if you don’t know the answers)

To add a move-in, go to the Properties tab in your Notify portal and either:

  • Click “Submit a move in” for existing properties, or
  • Click “Submit a new move out” if it’s the first time tenants are moving in and no one has moved out yet.

If you need to add meter readings later, just find the property in the Properties tab and upload them when you’re ready.
