What are the different types of portal users?

In the Notify portal, you can assign users to one of three roles: Organisation Manager, Branch Manager and Staff Member.

Here’s a quick rundown:

  • Organisation Manager
    • Full portal access
    • Can view and withdraw commission
    • Manages user permissions
  • Branch Manager
    • Admin access like Staff Members
    • Can add more team members
    • No access to commission
  • Staff Member
    • Admin access only
    • Can add move-ins, move-outs and meter readings 
    • No access to commission
