You need to give us at least 4 days’ notice before the tenancy starts.
Just use SME Professional to create a new tenancy as usual, set the tenancy dates, and your move-in data will automatically be sent to Notify.
So, if a tenant is moving in on July 22nd, make sure to add it to your CRM by July 18th at the latest.
