As a SME Professional user, how and when do I get paid my commission?

Your commission adds up in your Notify account every time you submit a move-in (with at least 4 days’ notice) via SME Professional.

Withdrawing your commission* is easy:

1. Enter your bank details in the Accounts section (if you haven't already)
2. Head to the Commissions tab
3. Click the "Withdraw" button and select the amount you want to withdraw

You’ll see the funds in your bank account on the 28th of the following month. For example, if you withdraw on May 26th, it’ll land in your account on June 28th.


*To withdraw commission, you need to be an Organisation Manager on the Notify portal.
