In the event that we are unable to inform for utility provider, we have made two changes to ensure agent partners are receive the necessary informtion quickly.
'Tool tip' feature
Tool tip allows you to see exactly which supplier we were unable to inform for a property, and redirects you to our support hub where you will find more information.
Notifcation email
A email notifcation will also be sent to the Notify user (defined as the person who submitted the vacancy) alerting them that the inform was unsuccessful. The email will include the property address, what services we could not inform for (including separate gas and electricity services) and who supplies these services.
