You can submit a move-in as far in the future as you want.
Just give more than 4 days’ notice before the tenancy starts. For example, if a tenant is moving in on October 22nd, the latest you can add it to the portal is October 18th.
To avoid missing the deadline, it’s best to add the tenancy details as soon as the tenant passes referencing.
