How do I sign “Letter of Authority” (LOA) and why do I need to provide it?

A Letter of Authority lets us handle any billing issues under your or your landlord’s name. It gives us permission to talk to suppliers for you.

Whoever's on the bill needs to sign it. If it's in the landlord's name, you'll need to forward it to them for their signature.


Just follow the steps on the email from our partner, Hello Sign. You’ll need to add your signature once and your initials twice. Once you submit it, our support team will be notified and we'll send it to the right supplier.
