How do I refer another agent to Notify?

If you're an existing agency using Notify, you can refer other agencies to join too (there's no limit!)

How can I  start referring? 

1. Head to “Account” > “Referrals” in your Notify portal

2. Hit “Send a new referral invite”

3. Add their details 

Fill in the details of the referred agent in the box that will pop up. 

We’ll handle the rest.

How does the referral program work?

When the agency you referred sign up and starts using Notify, you earn commission on their earnings.

Your referral commission rate increases the more agencies you refer:

💡This does not reduce what the referred agency earns — your commission is on top!

Can you give me an example?

Sure! Let’s say you’ve referred 4 agencies and each of them earns £1,000 this month.
You're in the 25% bracket, so:

• £1,000 x 4 = £4,000 total earnings by referrals
  
  
• 25% of £4,000 = £1000 commission for you this month

Are there any limitations or special cases to be aware of?

Yes - to keep the referral platform, we have a few guidelines:

• If the referred agency operates under the same business entity (e.g., a different branch of the same legal company), the referral may not qualify for commission.
• If you work within a franchise group and would like to refer other franchise branches, please reach out to our team to discuss bespoke support your referrals
