How do I change user permissions?

Permissions are set when an account is created. To change them, we'll need to create a new account for the user.

To create a new account please reach out to your account manager at partnerships-success@oneutilitybill.co and let us know which permissions need changed. 

Here are the following permissions a Notfy user can have:

Roles  Permissions 
Organisation manager 
  • Full portal access 
  • Can view and withdraw commission 
  • Manage users permission 
  • Can create additional branches, branches managers and staff 
  • Can delete vacancies  
Branch manager 
  • Can add extra staff members to their connected branch 
  • Can submit move-ins and move-outs 
  • Can add meter readings
Staff member 
  • Can add move-ins and move-outs 
  • Can add meter readings
