There are two ways you can add meter readings on the Notify portal.

Option 1: Adding readings from the 'Properties' page
- Head to the 'Properties' tab on your Notify dashboard
- Scroll through your properties list and find the property you'd like to submit a reading for, then select the "Add meter readings" button on the right hand side
- A pop up will appear, click "Add a meter reading"
- Select which reading you'd like to provide by clicking 'submit' on the right hand column.
- "Closing readings" relate to your move-out,
- "Opening readings" relates to your move-in

If the property has a two rate electric meter (day/night) meter, toggle on "this property has a two rate electricity meter" and you will be able to add both readings.

Option 2: Adding Readings within the property profile
You can also add meter readings inside the property profile itself.
- Go to your Properties dashboard
- Find and click on the property profile you would like to submit a reading for. Inside you will find a section for 'meter readings'. click 'show'.
- You can then follow proceed to follow steps 4 and 5 from option 1 above.
How do i take a meter reading?
