How do I add a GDPR clause in my tenancy agreements?
Before submitting tenant information to Notify, make sure your tenancy or pre-tenancy agreements contain appropriate GDPR wording.
You can either:
- Use the GDPR clauses provided by the One Utility Bill Team from your onboarding; or
- Use your own clauses, provided they appropriately cover the use and sharing of tenant data with relevant third parties.
