Are there any councils that cannot be informed of move-outs?

Some councils need additional details that we don’t collect—such as previous tenant information or specific supporting documents.

These councils are incompatible with our process for move-outs, so you’ll need to notify these local authorities when a tenant leaves a property.

You can still inform move-ins for all local authorities.
