This could be due for a couple of reasons:
– The meter is asleep – the supply is still live but the meter screen has gone to sleep. If this is the case, to wake it back up try pressing the red or blue/black button found on the meter
– The meter screen is broken and will need to be replaced. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange for a meter exchange to take place. If the supply is still live but the screen is broken, a non-emergency appointment needs to be booked but if the property goes off supply then an emergency appointment will be booked and an engineer will be sent out the same day.
