Why has my water supply not switched over to One Utility Bill?

As One Utility Bill is not a water provider, our excellent Operations team will contact your local water board to set up an account for your property, as a part of our One Utility Bill service.

Sometimes there can be delays if you receive any bill to your property please just send a picture of this to our Customer Support team (support@oneutilitybill.co), so we can update the mailing address
