When will my utilities be switched?

Energy: we will notify the current supplier to your property of the date that we became responsible – this is the date that will show as your move in date on your tenancy agreement. With our company details on the account, all correspondence will be sent to our Head Office and we will switch the supply to one of our partner providers as soon as the account has been set up with the incumbent supplier.

At the minute, you are unable to choose who you would like to supply your water, this is based on who provides the services in your area.

 

TV Licences: we will order a TV licence on your behalf from the date that you moved into the property – this is the date that will show as your move in date on your tenancy agreement. With our company details on the account, all correspondence will be sent to our Head Office. If is it required, we can send you a copy of your TV Licence Number to you.
