Once we have all the information required for the broadband our Operations team will order the broadband, depending on the broadband provider the expected delivery time can vary:
‘Quick Start’ – Your router should arrive no longer than 14 workings days after the order has been processed.
‘Manned installation’ – Your router will arrive on the same day of the installation, this can take a little longer, however, shouldn’t be much longer than 14 working days.
Please be aware: if Virgin Media require extra information for the credit checks this process may be longer.
All Sky Broadband orders require an engineer appointment. We need 3 available dates 2 weeks after the Sky is ordered. Please be aware, the installation date and the router date will be different as you will receive your router before the engineer appointment.
