If you have a fixed-length package the cancellation fee is £100 to cancel the package, this is payable with 14 days of the cancellation request.
If you are on a rolling contract, there is no cancellation fee if 30days notice is given. If notice is given less than this 30day period a £100 cancellation fee is applied.
You will need to ensure you have submitted regular and final meter readings, so we can close down your account accurately. If your package has Broadband or TV, further cancellation charges may apply.
