What do I do if my Broadband stops working?

If you experience any issues with your broadband connection or speed, please call our Customer Support team who will run through troubleshooting with you. You will need to be in your property and next to the router for troubleshooting. If our inhouse Customer Service team are unable to assist you, we can arrange for your broadband supplier to call you (free of charge) to run through troubleshooting with you. Again, you will need to be in your property with access to the router in order to do this.
