I’ve received a new card

As the payments we collect are card payments, when a new card is received although the account number and sort code stay the same, the card number and CVV are changed. For us to take your remaining payments successfully your card details need to be updated. You can update these details via your Dashboard or by contacting our Customer Support team by calling 0191 622 0102.

Please be aware that updating your card payment information may not mean the payment has automatically been taken. Please contact Customer Support to confirm this.
