Yes, there is a charge for cancelling your account early. You will need to pay 50% of the remainder of the management fees payable to One Utility Bill. You will need to ensure you have submitted regular and final meter readings, so we can close down your account accurately. If your package has Broadband or TV, further cancellation charges may apply.
If you are cancelling as you are moving to a new property, you can take your One Utility Bill package with you and no cancellation charges will apply.
