Adding payment details through your dashboard

Simply click on ‘Payments’ in your Dashboard. Here you can ‘add a new payment method’ or edit an existing payment method. Typically, your payments will come out on the first day of your tenancy. If you’d prefer a different date for your payments you can arrange this with our Customer Support team using Live Chat through our website, calling 0800 170 1166 or emailing support@oneutilitybill.co
