Adding payment details through your dashboard

Simply click on ‘Payments’ in your Dashboard. Here you can ‘add a new payment method’ or edit an existing payment method. Typically, your payments will come out on the first day of your tenancy. If you’d prefer a different date for your payments you can arrange this with our Customer Support team using Live Chat through our website, calling 0191 622 0102 or emailing support@oneutilitybill.co

Please be aware, your payments may not retry automatically if you have just changed your payment method. Please contact the Customer Support team to ensure your payment has been taken.
