Simply click on ‘Payments’ in your Dashboard. Here you can ‘add a new payment method’ or edit an existing payment method. Typically, your payments will come out on the first day of your tenancy. If you’d prefer a different date for your payments you can arrange this with our Customer Support team using Live Chat through our website, calling 0191 622 0102 or emailing email@example.com
Please be aware, your payments may not retry automatically if you have just changed your payment method. Please contact the Customer Support team to ensure your payment has been taken.
