It can take up to 14 working days for router delivery, pending other delays like credit checks or missing info.
We get the earliest possible engineer appointments from broadband providers, but it can still sometimes take a few weeks to get one, depending on demand.
Virgin Media:
Your router should arrive within 14 working days of your order being processed.
Your Router will be delivered to your property within 14 days. If you need an engineer, this will be arranged for you. If you don't have the right broadband socket, you'll need an engineer. If the engineer will need keycode access etc. please provide this.
If Virgin Media needs more info for credit checks, this could take longer.
Sky:
All Sky Broadband orders will need an engineer appointment.
We need 3 available dates 2 weeks after the Sky is ordered.
Note: You might get your router before your engineer appointment date. And you'll always get it in time for your tenancy start date. If you sign up after your tenancy has started, we'll get it to you ASAP.
Cuckoo:
We'll send out your router in time for your tenancy start date, and if your tenancy has already started we'll send it out as soon as possible. If you need an engineer appointment we'll tell you ASAP after setting up your account.
