Who is Notify for?

Notify is designed exclusively for letting agents.
This isn't a service that impacts One Utility Bill customers, but we do offer Welcome Calls to tenants, which gives them the option to become One Utility Bill customers if they choose.

What does Notify do?

Notify saves letting agents time on admin tasks involved in keeping utility records up to date with suppliers.
When tenancies change, Notify informs energy, water, and council suppliers on agent’s behalf.
Agents can earn commission and save time on admin, but this doesn’t impact One Utility Bill package prices.
