Someone aged 18+ has to be in during the engineer appointment, in case the engineer needs access to the property. (They might not.)
Please make sure the time for your appointment works for you, and let us know if you need a new one at least 48 hours before your time slot.
FYI: If you change your appointment time, your new appointment could be 2-3 weeks away, meaning a delay to your broadband and/or TV set up. If your engineer appointment date and time doesn't work for you let us know ASAP by Live Chat or calling our Customer Support team.
Your BT Broadband router will be sent to your address by DPD, and you'll get tracking info as soon as it's on its way. The engineer won't bring it with them.
