How do I top-up my pre-payment meter?

You can top up either at your local paypoint, payzone, local post office, online or via an app, depending on your supplier. 

You'll get a full refund for every top up, so make sure you get a receipt/proof of purchase every time.

  • Prepayment meters have slightly different top-up processes depending on the fuel type.
  • You'll get an email from the One Utility Bill team to tell you which meter type you have.
