Your web management page is where you change your Wi-Fi name, network password and other router settings.
The web management details for BT router is:
- http://tplinkmodem.net or http://192.168.1.1
- Find the default network name and password on your router’s label.
Make sure these details are entered correctly ☝️✅
If you can’t access your web management page:
- Try again with another web browser
- Turn your router off and on at the wall and try again
- Disable then enable the network adapter in use
If none of those steps work, your IP address could be the issue:
- Look in your network settings to see if your device is set to a static IP address.
- On Windows: This setting is usually in the Wi-Fi or Local Area Network part of your settings.
- On Mac OS: Find this setting in System Preferences > Network.
- If the computer is set to a static IP address, change the settings to get a IP address automatically.
- Try logging in to your router management page again with the details above ⬆️
